Warehouse Staff

Pay: $20 - $21/hour

Schedule: 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Role overview

You’ll operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts in a manufacturing warehouse environment, helping move materials, support shipping and receiving, track inventory, and keep production running accurately and on schedule.

What you’ll do

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move and stage materials.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and label incoming products.
• Verify shipping documents for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Support shipping and receiving tasks using POs, BOLs, labels, and pick tickets.
• Work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of stand-up forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Shipping and receiving experience required.
• Cycle counting and inventory experience.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Highly organized work style.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
