Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time, hourly

Pay: ~ $18.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Role overview

You’ll support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, organizing inventory, and helping maintain a safe and accurate work environment.

What you’ll do

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load trucks for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts when certified.
• Label, sort, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift and high reach certification preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions.

Work environment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to moving equipment and varying noise levels.
• Safety equipment may be required.
