Compensation

$105,000–$165,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role

This opportunity is for a Program Manager responsible for coordinating work across related programs and managing the integration of products into the overall program structure. The role oversees planning, scheduling, communication, facilitation, monitoring, control, and reporting activities to support timely release implementation and deployment in accordance with established project management standards and procedures.

The position supports programs of varying size, complexity, and technical focus, including cloud migration, modernization, and operations initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the performance of tasks across a related program and manage the integration of products into the overall program structure
• Oversee the application and integration of products delivered under the program
• Manage, plan, schedule, communicate, facilitate, monitor, control, and report on project-related tasks
• Ensure releases are implemented and deployed on schedule
• Apply established project management standards and procedures consistently across program activities
• Manage cross-functional teams responsible for delivering approved projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality results
• Support programs involving cloud migration, cloud modernization, and operations initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline
• Progressively responsible experience in program management, project management, and information systems design
• At least 2 years of general related experience, including at least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Security Clearance
• Experience managing Agile or Scrum delivery teams
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with cloud migration and modernization program delivery using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) and program financial tracking
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery involving DevSecOps or CI/CD pipelines
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
