Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $21/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse operations by picking, packing, palletizing, receiving, processing returns, supporting inventory control, and helping ensure accurate, timely shipments.

What you’ll do

• Pick materials using a forklift or other material handling equipment.
• Package and palletize orders.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Replenish production and warehouse areas as directed.
• Support cycle counting activities.
• Receive and process incoming orders and returns.
• Verify picked items for accuracy and condition.
• Assist with orientation and cross-training for other warehouse team members.
• Help troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
• Complete other duties that support warehouse success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Prior forklift operator experience required, or willingness to gain a forklift operator license.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading, and English communication skills.
• Comfort working with a team or independently during busy conditions with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new warehouse functions.
• Microsoft Office and ERP proficiency.
• Warehouse management system experience preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.
• Background check and drug screening required for new hires.
