About the Role
The Project Manager, Services manages a high volume of concurrent projects for existing clients using an online banking platform and related products and services. Projects range in size and complexity and may include feature enhancements, third-party integrations, consulting engagements, and other small to medium-scale initiatives. The role owns project schedules, work plans, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and timely project delivery.
This position also supports internal development initiatives by working with Product and Development teams to define, plan, and deliver cross-functional projects. The role requires experience with enterprise software implementations, financial institutions, project planning tools, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and client-facing project management in an agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate the delivery of an online banking platform and related products and services.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent small to medium-scale projects for existing clients across varying scopes, complexities, and timelines.
- Create and manage project schedules, detailed work plans, and resource coordination to support successful delivery.
- Consult with clients to understand their requests and translate those requests into actionable project items.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to facilitate implementation of products and services.
- Provide stakeholders with proactive project status reporting and risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute project knowledge and best practices within the Professional Services team.
- Organize and lead project status meetings for key stakeholders.
- Support internal development initiatives by collaborating with Product and Development teams to define, plan, and deliver cross-functional projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four years of project management experience, preferably within financial technology or enterprise software implementation.
- Experience leading implementations for financial institutions.
- Experience working in Information Technology and/or Financial Technology.
- Proficiency with project planning and project management tools and methodologies, including Gantt charts and Kanban boards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify project challenges and implement timely, effective solutions.
- Ability to understand and address client needs while maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on timely and successful delivery.
- Leadership skills to motivate team members and drive achievement of project goals.
