Delivery Driver

Pay: ~ $19.95 - $26.90/hour

Role overview

You’ll deliver business equipment to local customers, assist with setup and basic training, maintain delivery documentation, and support warehouse and setup shop tasks as needed.

What you’ll do

• Load products securely for transport to customer locations.
• Deliver products in a courteous and professional manner.
• Install equipment and provide basic key operator training at customer locations.
• Answer basic customer questions about equipment.
• Follow a daily delivery schedule and provide timely field updates.
• Assist with warehouse and setup shop duties as needed.
• Keep warehouse space organized and clean.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Validate paperwork, including serial numbers, equipment ID numbers, and meter counts.
• Relay basic field troubleshooting issues to the service team for follow-up.
• Keep company vehicles clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and installations at customer sites.
• Communicate with service, sales, and operations teams to help meet time commitments.
• Help pick, fulfill, and ship equipment or supply orders as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive at least a 15-foot box truck.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to safely use dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift gates.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local roadways and the immediate regional area.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
