Warehouse Associate

Pay: $16 - $18/hour

Job summary

You’ll support warehouse operations for stone and marble products by building crates, packing orders, handling inventory, loading and unloading materials, and preparing products for shipment.

Daily work

• Build and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipment.
• Perform packing, crating, and material preparation for outbound orders.
• Load and unload inventory, materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, control, and documentation.
• Operate company vehicles, including forklifts, for product movement and deliveries as certified.
• Stage, organize, and maintain a clean warehouse work area.
• Support additional tasks assigned by warehouse leadership or based on business needs.
• Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

What you’ll need

• Ability to lift 60 pounds consistently.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and seasonal warehouse conditions.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift certification required, or ability to obtain certification.
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills required.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work style.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
