Warehouse Associate

Warehouse operations

You’ll support daily warehouse activity by receiving, storing, tracking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while operating material handling equipment and maintaining accurate stock levels.

What you’ll do

• Receive, inspect, track, and store inbound inventory accurately.
• Fulfill outbound orders for branches, jobsites, and area-wide events.
• Pick, assemble, label, and ship orders to job locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform monthly consumable counts and annual asset counts.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Prepare receiving reports and related documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards using Lean 5S practices.
• Support equipment, consumables, and logistics management.
• Maintain readiness of fleet trailers and laydown yards for area-wide events.
• Address maintenance and operational issues involving restoration equipment.
• Identify and resolve inventory, equipment, and warehouse organization issues.

Experience and qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of warehouse operations and distribution experience required.
• Certification to operate powered industrial truck equipment required.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
