Warehouse Associate

What this position involves

You’ll support branch warehouse operations by picking and preparing customer orders, updating inventory, operating warehouse equipment, making local product deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Daily responsibilities

• Pick products accurately using an RF scanner.
• Read customer orders and locate products using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Update inventory in the ERP system after items are picked.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver products using a pickup truck and trailer.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights.
• Ability to learn and grow within the role.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
