This role owns performance and direct-to-business marketing across Google, paid social, broadcast, direct mail, TV/CTV, influencer, and affiliate channels while managing budget performance, CAC, ROAS, testing, and channel expansion.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, PMax, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Marketing Platform, unit economics, and performance measurement is central to the role.
What You'll Do
- Translate the Chief Marketing Officer’s high-level roadmap into production campaigns designed to acquire and retain small business customers.
- Direct and scale the omni-channel marketing mix across Google, direct mail, paid social, TV/CTV, influencer, and affiliate channels.
- Own the Google ecosystem, including Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max, to capture high-intent demand.
- Manage the marketing budget and continuously improve return on investment by optimizing customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend.
- Lead high-velocity testing across marketing formats, channels, and emerging opportunities to identify scalable sources of growth.
- Partner with data teams to improve attribution in GA4 and provide reliable marketing performance reporting.
- Lead internal marketing teams and external agencies with a consistent operating cadence focused on accountability and measurable results.
