Cleaner (Evenings)

Employment type: Part-time

Pay: $17.25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM, 4 hours per night

About the position

You’ll provide evening cleaning and housekeeping support in a medical facility, helping maintain clean, sanitary, and safe common areas, restrooms, and other building spaces.

Cleaning duties

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop different types of flooring.
• Dust and polish countertops, furniture, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restroom toilets and sinks.
• Clean kitchen fixtures.
• Empty trash containers.
• Wash and dry windows.
• Request additional cleaning supplies when needed.
• Report damaged items and maintenance or repair needs.
• Help maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests, staff, and vendors.

What you’ll need

• Experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment for floors and carpets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Strong report writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning work throughout the shift.
