Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - $23/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, either 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; final schedule has not yet been determined

Position summary

You’ll support warehouse and order fulfillment operations by receiving raw materials, processing outbound shipments, picking customer orders, operating a forklift, and maintaining accurate shipping and inventory documentation.

Receiving and shipping

• Unload inbound trucks and verify freight against bills of lading and inbound tickets.
• Count incoming pieces and confirm shipment accuracy.
• Place received materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Read outbound delivery tickets and verify customer orders.
• Confirm the correct items are loaded onto pallets or prepared for pickup.
• Support customer, LTL, and hot shot pickups.
• Apply proper shipment labels and LTL bills of lading.

Order fulfillment

• Read pick tickets and identify required products.
• Pick items from warehouse shelves accurately.
• Wrap and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load products onto pallets correctly.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout order preparation.

Skills and qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong forklift operating skills required.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform and understand basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read bills of lading, inbound tickets, outbound delivery tickets, and pick tickets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dedicated vehicle required for commuting to and from work.
