Material handler

Employment type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Pay: $19.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Material handling duties

You’ll support warehouse operations by receiving, moving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and following established safety procedures.

What you’ll do

• Receive, stock, and organize raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
• Pick, process, and package customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and verify incoming and outgoing materials.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cranes, hoists, and hand trucks as required.
• Operate a Kaltenbach saw when assigned to cut materials according to job specifications.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify and segregate defective, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report safety or mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow OSHA, ISO, and company safety procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
