  • Maintain Greenhouse as the system of record, including requisition setup, stage configuration, interview kits, scorecards, job post publishing, and permissions.
  • Build and publish the weekly talent report covering pipeline by requisition, stage conversion, time to fill, offer activity, and interview feedback status.
  • Keep feedback and approvals moving by surfacing interviews waiting on scorecards, tracking offer approvals, and reconciling the open requisition list against the approved hiring plan.

  • Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including requisition setup, interview kits, scorecards, job posts, permissions, and reporting.
  • Experience with high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones, with 20 or more interviews in a week feeling familiar.
  • Comfort working with busy, senior stakeholders and following up clearly and effectively.
  • Real comfort with data and AI, including the ability to use AI to process, understand, and report on data.
  • Writing that is clear and short.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to international hiring across the UK, EMEA, or APAC.
  • Working knowledge of Rippling, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, or a scheduling tool such as ModernLoop or GoodTime.
  • Experience building reporting or documentation that stayed in use after you moved on.
