Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.50 - $24/hour

Role overview

You’ll support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving, shipping, returns processing, and transfers for ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and internal orders.

What you’ll do

• Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce, wholesale, retail, and internal orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support DTC ecommerce fulfillment and retail store transfer orders.
• Assist with inbound receiving, putaway, and inventory replenishment.
• Verify transfer orders and bulk shipments for accuracy.
• Process customer returns, inspect merchandise, and restock inventory when appropriate.
• Organize, label, and maintain inventory in warehouse locations.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Assist with seasonal volume increases, launches, and sale events.
• Support transfers between warehouse locations, retail stores, and events.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What you’ll need

• 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify, ShipHero, ShipStation, or similar systems preferred.
• Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods environments is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons and major launches.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, organization, and team support mindset.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform active warehouse work throughout the shift.

• Must be based in or willing to move to Los Angeles.
