About the Role

This opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of a cloud-based platform within a professional services environment. The role focuses on managing full project lifecycles, guiding client migrations, and ensuring successful delivery of complex implementation projects. This position requires strong client relationship management, structured execution, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining alignment on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:
$48.08 – $52.88 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Develop and own client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle
• Drive project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all in-scope work
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor active issues
• Lead kickoff meetings, recurring project touchpoints, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and track project tasks
• Coordinate project execution to support successful platform implementation and migration
• Travel to client sites as needed for key milestones such as user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities
• Mentor and coach team members to improve delivery performance and support skill development
• Support the development and adherence to internal project management methodologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or program management experience
• Experience developing, managing, and visualizing project timelines
• Proven ability to drive projects to defined goals and milestones
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting resources, and tracking financial performance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present professionally to stakeholders
• Understanding of Salesforce technology and experience with Salesforce implementation projects
• Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with legal, insurance, or corporate legal environments
• Experience with case management, timekeeping, billing systems, or ERP solutions
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
