Base Salary: $155,500 per year
401(k) Grant: $23,325 per year
Compensation Note: The baseline compensation applies to U.S. hires based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Washington, D.C. Candidates outside these hubs may have a 10% downward adjustment. Candidates based in New York who are willing to work from a coworking hub at least one day per week may have a 5% downward adjustment.

About the Role
This opportunity is for a Senior Operations Associate, Office of the CEO, who will provide high-trust operational and administrative support to the CEO and help extend executive capacity and focus. This role works closely with senior leadership and supports a wide range of priorities, including executive workflows, communications, meetings, relationship management, operational improvement, and special projects.
The position is well suited for a resourceful, fast-moving operator who enjoys improving systems, anticipating needs, managing details, and supporting principals in a responsive and highly organized way.
Work Schedule & Travel
This role is open to remote candidates across the United States and requires significant overlap with Pacific Time working hours (approximately 5 hours per day). Candidates based outside the San Francisco Bay Area should be willing to travel to the Bay Area at least once per quarter. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates moving to the San Francisco Bay Area.
What You’ll Do
- Calendar and time management: Own organization of the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings with team members and external stakeholders, lead a weekly calendar sync meeting, and analyze time allocation across key areas.
- Inbox and communications management: Help triage the CEO’s inbox, learn to write effectively in the CEO’s voice, maintain fast response times, and build systems to track and route incoming requests.
- General executive support: Handle day-to-day administrative needs, including travel planning, expenses and reimbursements, external appointments, and executive office software such as Airtable, Asana, and Toggl.
- Meeting and event coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather materials and information before meetings, draft meeting agendas, track follow-up action items, and help conferences, events, and in-person visits run smoothly.
- Contact and relationship management: Maintain a comprehensive database of professional contacts and proactively surface relevant meetings and events based on current priorities and travel.
- Operational improvement: Identify administrative bottlenecks and develop solutions, including AI integration, while owning special projects that improve efficiency and strengthen internal knowledge management.
