About the Role

This opportunity is for a creative Designer who enjoys developing visually engaging work across a wide variety of projects. The role involves creating visual systems, brand campaigns, story-driven experiences, immersive digital installations, and browser-based experiences for recognized brands.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional design execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates with additional skills in illustration, animation, spatial design, or other creative disciplines are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative ideas from initial concept through final execution alongside creatives, technologists, producers, and leadership.
• Create original visual concepts and design directions for a variety of projects.
• Refine creative work while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Apply conceptual thinking, strong design craftsmanship, and close attention to detail throughout every stage of the design process.
• Adapt designs to a variety of brand identities, creative styles, and visual approaches.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate interactive, environmental, animation, and other innovative creative solutions.
• Research trends, inspiration, and emerging ideas to bring fresh creative perspectives into projects.
• Contribute new ideas that strengthen the overall creative output of the team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar design role.
• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong passion for continuous learning and developing advanced design skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and high-quality execution in brand experience projects.
• Speculative or personal portfolio projects are welcome.
• Strong conceptual thinking and strategic design abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Motivated, proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Interest or experience in additional creative disciplines such as illustration, animation, 3D, spatial design, or related media is considered an advantage.
