About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced operations leader responsible for supporting the execution of a global go-to-market strategy across the Americas region and a global partner and alliance organization.
The role serves as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, strengthens operating discipline, and helps teams deliver consistent performance against regional goals. Working closely with Global Revenue Operations, this position leads the design and execution of core sales operations processes to improve scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
This position also provides data-driven insight into sales performance and business trends, equips leadership with clear reporting and actionable recommendations, and supports annual and long-term planning, regional business planning, and expansion initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Strategic and Go-to-Market Leadership
- Serve as a core member of the go-to-market leadership team supporting the Global Partner and Alliance organization and the Americas region.
- Manage a data-driven framework that helps guide organizational strategy, priorities, and direction.
- Act as a primary cross-functional liaison for go-to-market strategy execution.
- Ensure that sales, marketing, and client experience processes remain efficient, aligned, and consistent with established best practices.
- Support regional business planning, annual planning, strategic planning, and market expansion initiatives.
Partner and Alliance Operations
- Serve as the operational engine for the Global Partner and Alliance organization.
- Build and maintain the frameworks, processes, and reporting infrastructure needed to measure partner performance.
- Track partner program health and identify areas requiring attention or improvement.
- Develop scalable operating practices that support alliance activity across multiple regions.
Sales and Revenue Operations
- Support regional leadership with pricing decisions and deal structure.
- Represent regional sales leadership during deal and forecasting calls when the designated leader is unavailable.
- Support regional incentive setting and incentive management in alignment with guidance from global process and compensation teams.
- Provide comprehensive sales operations support across reporting, territory management, headcount planning, capacity planning, territory design, account management, opportunity management, and rules-of-engagement decisions.
- Partner with sales leaders to strengthen forecast management and improve business predictability.
- Help the region meet or exceed growth goals while keeping leadership informed about pipeline performance and other key business indicators.
Performance Reporting and Analytics
- Monitor sales performance using key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and account planning data.
- Develop actionable insights that improve resource allocation and support better decision-making.
- Provide leadership with clear reporting on sales performance, trends, pipeline health, and regional priorities.
- Use CRM data and other business intelligence sources to identify trends, surface opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Maintain a data-driven approach to regional planning, performance management, and operational improvement.
Cross-Functional Operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products, sales programs, and other regional initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with Finance and other operations teams.
- Promote cross-functional alignment and a shared understanding of business priorities.
- Align sales and marketing activities so both teams work toward common goals and execute in a coordinated manner.
- Support coordination among sales, marketing, client experience, Finance, operations, and regional leadership teams.
Systems, Technology, and Process Adoption
- Serve as the regional champion for sales technology and CRM adoption.
- Promote CRM hygiene, data integrity, and compliance with established processes.
- Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and organizational changes across the region.
- Ensure that new initiatives are communicated clearly and adopted consistently by field teams.
- Help maintain scalable and standardized operational processes across regional and partner organizations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience within a SaaS organization in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, client-facing roles, or a combination of these areas.
- Experience working directly with sales leadership.
- Familiarity with financial or operational modeling in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to improve communication drafting, data analysis, prompt development, documentation, and overall work quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an equivalent advanced degree in a related field.
