Warehouse Associate

Pay: $22.50 - $26/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts available between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, with potential overtime
Role overview
You’ll support warehouse operations by receiving and storing materials, loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, handling material pickups and drop-offs, operating warehouse equipment, and keeping the shop clean and organized.
What you’ll do
- Unload trucks and check in materials.
- Handle material pickups and drop-offs.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to warehouse standards.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels of products and equipment.
- Receive and process materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Keep shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and warehouse areas neat and organized.
- Sweep, dust, mop, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support safety programs and act as a safety advocate at the service center.
- Support management with safety training as needed.
- Complete safety walks and provide feedback to the safety team.
- Wear required safety equipment.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
- Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to manage time to meet deadlines.
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 20 pounds.
- Ability to move objects weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Occasional sitting and ladder climbing.
