Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Part-time

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until the work is done

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse operations for Mondelez International/NABISCO by unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, loading delivery trucks, processing incoming shipments, maintaining inventory, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe.

What you’ll do

• Participate in daily warehouse activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Unload trucks and accept incoming shipments.
• Verify, inspect, and record incoming deliveries according to company policy.
• Pick, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load products onto delivery trucks accurately and on time.
• Complete stock counting and order processing tasks.
• Maintain accurate running inventory.
• Record, report, and return defective items from previous deliveries.
• Use forklifts and/or pallet jacks as needed.
• Follow safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
• Maintain general warehouse organization.

What you’ll need

• General understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
• Ability to follow schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to use a Warehouse Management System such as SAP EWM.
• Forklift and/or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain relevant equipment licenses if required.
• Flexibility with schedules based on customer demand.
• Willingness to complete other related duties as assigned.

Physical and work environment

• Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
• Ability to lift, bend, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Work may involve forklifts, pallet jacks, trucks, warehouse inventory, and delivery products.
