Graphic Designer
Remote (United States)
Job Details
Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 per year
Position Overview
This opportunity is for a hands-on Graphic Designer responsible for keeping an established brand cohesive, relevant, and visually compelling across every customer and marketing touchpoint. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual craft, and the ability to turn creative briefs into polished, production-ready work.
The Graphic Designer will create assets independently and in collaboration with internal creative partners, agencies, freelancers, and external vendors. Projects may range from individual digital advertisements to large integrated campaigns spanning multiple channels.
This is a remote-first opportunity within a casual and creative environment where collaboration, experimentation, unexpected ideas, and thoughtful design are encouraged.
What You’ll Do
- Translate brand strategies and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and executions.
- Move effectively between high-level campaign thinking and precise, production-ready design work.
- Contribute bold and unexpected ideas during brainstorming sessions while building constructively on the ideas of others.
- Design across the full marketing mix, including integrated campaigns, digital advertising, ecommerce, social media, out-of-home advertising, and other brand touchpoints.
- Develop and refine multiple creative directions simultaneously, moving beyond the first concept to identify the strongest solution.
- Maintain and evolve an existing visual brand system while preserving consistency, coherence, and creative energy across every channel.
- Apply a strong understanding of how design supports engagement and conversion without compromising the integrity of the brand.
- Create campaign visuals that are conceptually strong, distinctive, and visually compelling.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and creative leadership to ensure visual design and messaging work together as a unified brand expression.
- Support a collaborative creative culture where experimentation is encouraged and ideas are evaluated on their quality.
- Present creative work and clearly communicate the strategy and rationale behind design decisions to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Work with and provide visual direction to photographers, retouchers, and external creative partners to maintain established visual standards.
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure completed work meets the required creative standards.
- Balance bold, expressive design with the judgment to recognize when a more restrained approach will produce a stronger result.
- Adapt comfortably to a remote environment with frequent change and evolving priorities.
- Work from a home office and communicate with colleagues throughout the day through chat, voice, and video using company-provided equipment.
- Participate in quarterly in-person meetings held at varying locations.
- Share professional experience, creative expertise, and personal interests in ways that contribute to a fun and progressive workplace culture.

- Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and layout.
- Demonstrated ability to move from a creative brief to a strong central concept and then execute that concept effectively.
- Deep understanding of brand development, visual identity systems, and maintaining consistency across multichannel campaigns.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, branding expertise, conceptual thinking, and campaign execution.
