Schedule: Overnight, 4-5 times per week, approximately 12 hours per week

Role overview

You’ll clean boutique fitness studio locations overnight by deep cleaning studio areas, following detailed checklists, documenting work through a mobile app, and helping maintain consistent service quality across each shift.

What you’ll do

• Deep clean boutique fitness studio spaces.
• Clean equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby areas, and retail areas.
• Take before-and-after photos at each location.
• Upload shift photos through a mobile app.
• Follow detailed bilingual cleaning checklists.
• Clock in and out at each location using a smartphone app.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory.
• Place restocking orders as needed.
• Monitor cleaner attendance and help coordinate same-night replacement coverage when required.
• Work independently during overnight hours.

What you’ll need

• Strong attention to detail and consistent focus on quality.
• Comfort using a smartphone app for check-in, photo uploads, and reporting.
• Reliable personal transportation for the overnight route.
• Availability to work overnight 4-5 times per week.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
• Prior commercial or fitness studio cleaning experience preferred.
