Compensation: $85,000 – $135,000 per year
About the Role
This opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing and delivering client-facing projects across the full project lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meet high-quality standards. This position plays a central role in coordinating communication, aligning cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic project execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Understand the full scope of work across assigned accounts and manage individual project plans accordingly
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Partner with resource managers to assign project resources and ensure efficient time management throughout the lifecycle
- Continuously monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
- Collaborate with account teams to obtain client approval on project plans when required
- Prepare for legal and regulatory submissions as part of project execution
- Work with department leads on forecasting and long-term resource planning
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage complex situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Ensure all client requests are captured, executed, and meet or exceed expectations
- Partner with stakeholders to enforce quality assurance standards and best practices
- Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, and coordinate solutions with appropriate stakeholders
- Serve as the central source of project information for assigned accounts
- Maintain a strong understanding of assigned brands and project context
- Manage a high volume of work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques including strategic planning, risk mitigation, reporting, and resource management
- Experience managing multiple projects and leading project coordinators
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and quickly learn new technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Experience working with medical-legal regulatory processes is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
