Warehouse Associate

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: 2nd shift, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Role overview

You’ll support outbound warehouse operations by picking, packing, shipping, labeling, wrapping, restacking, and staging customer orders in a safety-focused warehouse environment.

What you’ll do

• Pick, pack, and ship outbound customer orders.
• Apply labels and shipping documentation.
• Use warehouse systems to support order fulfillment and shipment accuracy.
• Support wrapping, restacking, and staging activities.
• Maintain organization in staging and shipping areas.
• Use forklifts or cherry pickers as needed.
• Support warehouse accuracy, teamwork, and safety standards.
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed.

What you’ll need

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift and/or cherry picker experience.
• Comfort working at heights up to 30 to 40 feet.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Experience using BPCS warehouse software preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 50 to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 to 40 feet when required.
• Ability to perform active warehouse work throughout the shift.
