Job Overview
This remote Digital Coordinator position supports a portfolio of franchise accounts and the digital marketing services associated with them. The role serves as a primary point of contact for active franchise locations using internal digital marketing services, ensuring account information remains accurate and day-to-day updates and requests are completed efficiently.
This position also performs routine marketing activities that keep digital services moving from initial setup through ongoing management and final wind-down. Success requires a strong customer service mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of requests and assignments without sacrificing accuracy, responsiveness, or service quality.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate digital marketing services across a portfolio of franchise accounts, including initial setup, ongoing updates, service changes, and organized service wind-downs.
- Process service changes accurately and within established timelines, tracking each request from submission through completion.
- Edit, update, and publish marketing content to ensure franchise-facing websites remain accurate, relevant, and current.
- Manage routine marketing assignments and small projects from the initial request through final delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine franchisee questions and requests, providing timely, professional, and solution-focused responses.
- Identify requests that require additional expertise and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Coordinate requests among franchisees, brand marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, updates, outstanding items, and completion status clearly throughout each request or project.
- Maintain accurate records of franchise account activity, service updates, and completed changes.
- Help identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and franchisee satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- Zero to two years of experience in marketing, project coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide responsive and solution-focused support.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated.
- Ability to track requests, maintain accurate documentation, and follow assignments through completion.
- Ability to work effectively with franchisees, marketing teams, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
