ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA)

This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing computer systems (i.e. Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), Defense Travel System (DTS) and other Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) systems or civilian equivalent related systems); 2) Safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) while coordinating, preparing and verifying personnel documents and information in accordance with policies and standards; 3) Providing a full range of clerical, administrative, typing and customer service support for Staff and Students.
