THIS IS AN OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT/STANDING REGISTER. It will be used to fill immediate and future vacancies. There may be multiple cut-off dates with the first being 27 NOVEMBER 2023.Applicants will be referred periodically throughout the open period. Final application disposition will be completed once all positions have been filled or the announcement reaches the end of the open period as stated above. Applications will expire 90 days after submission. To remain eligible for consideration, reapplying is required at the time of expiration. Who May Apply: US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service determining real estate requirements for realty projects including coordinating negotiation, budgeting, leasing, property transfer alterations, acquisition and disposal, and project management with property owners, Federal agencies, state, local governments, banks and/or insurance companies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
About the Position: You will serve as a senior Realty Specialist responsible for managing the efficient and effective accomplishment of the planning and execution of major projects in support of the Sacramento District Recruitment incentives, including student loan repayment, may be offered to highly qualified candidates.
