GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Deep understanding of the NMCI contract, including its processes, systems, and applications.2) Proficiency in contractual execution processes, particularly related to task order management and financial processing. 3) Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (hardware, software, networks) and troubleshooting techniques.4) Ability to create clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT assets and processes.5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Basic understanding of information assurance principles, incident response, and personnel asset management. 2) Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a highly demanding environment. 3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.4) Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 5) Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
