SUPV HR SPEC (MILITARY)

General Experience: Must possess a valid understanding of the basic principles and concepts of human resources functions and programs. SUPV HR SPEC (MILITARY), GS-0201-12: Must have at least one year equivalent to at least the GS-11 level or equivalent in executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems and advising supervisors and managers; Experience in personnel and manpower core competencies; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals; and have at least 24 months experience with human resources programs related to federal civilian or military personnel programs. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: HR Data Analysis Human Capital Management Planning and Evaluating Workforce Development
