Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band (NH-3) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure consistency across all domains within the Maritime Programs or similar programs; Experience identifying and resolving highly complex problems that affect multiple domains; Experience collaborating with senior level management to define, integrate, and implement strategic direction for international programs; Experience applying Sea, Air, Information Warfare weapon systems to program management, acquisition processes, Security Cooperation regulations and procedures; Experience applying organizational structure and interagency processes to support program goals and objectives. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development, and Acquisition), Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO) of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE.
