LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0346-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by the following: Experience, education, or training which includes identifying activities involving logistical support operations; Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan; Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan; Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions. This LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST position is located in the Plans and Integration Section of the Deployment and Distribution light, Logistics Readiness Squadron, Mission Support Group, at an ANG Aviation Wing and is part of the CA 129 RQW.
