Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes managing all financial systems for the organization; Providing financial support, advice, interpretation, and guidance on a variety of General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Global Combat Supply System-Army (GCSS-), and other Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERPs) related matters; AND overseeing business processes, organizational structures, and making system recommendations which affect command operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service Financial Management Systems Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and minimum qualification requirements prescribed by OPM within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. About the Position: As a Financial Management Analyst, you will oversee all financial systems for the organization to include providing financial support, advice, interpretation, and guidance to personnel in the organization. This position is located at HQ US FORSCOM at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
