For a brief video on creating a Federal resume, click here. The GS-14 salary range starts at $122,198.00 per year. Locality pay will be determined once the duty location has been established. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience developing smart occupancy policies that foster a culture of mobility and outcome driven performance metrics for the knowledge worker economy; delivering workplace change management solutions that meet organizational and customer goals and objectives. Such experience must have equipped the applicant with current knowledge of modern workplace trends, low cost strategies, and requirements development tools, policy, and guidance. Experience must also include expertise in smart building/smart occupancy integration; stakeholder meeting facilitation; workplace strategy development and program implementation; and design thinking.
This position is located in the General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Administrative Services (OAS). The incumbent serves as a technical expert in the workplace strategy area, providing expert analysis and advice on matters pertaining to workplace solutions. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
