The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/10/2024. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/10/2024. GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Supporting contracts or the procurement of resources for an organization. Communicating effectively both orally and in writing with diverse audiences. Preparing and coordinating briefings, and reports, and disseminating information. Assisting with analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, policies and procedures and recommending adjustments to improve initiatives. Preparing and tracking reports that reflect program or project status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance. GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Developing briefings, reports, presentations and/or other feedback relating to compliance or improvement of programs or operational goals. Performing contract management activities and functions, ensuring that contractors meet the commitment of their contractual duties and stay in compliance with policies and procedures. Coordinating projects, track tasks, and provide follow-ups to ensure timely completion. Budget development including analyzing financial data and making long and short-range plans and projections. This position is located in Management Directorate, Office of Chief Information Officer, Enterprise Infrastructure Division. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will assist with administrative and budget functions through financial tracking, reporting and analysis and project management functions including developing project schedules, planning and supporting meetings, and writing clear and concise documents.
