Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Implement logistics policies and procedures for highly complex weapon systems; 2) Develop solutions to multipart challenges in support of mission objectives; and 3) Communicate conflict resolution to reduce barriers to production and support teambuilding for diverse teams. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-11).
