In addition to basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent grade level) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer; analyzing test methods and results to develop specifications for configuration control (e.g. design; performance; physical attributes) of ordnance systems to ensure configuration management requirements are met for an ordnance project or program. You will serve as an ENGINEER (Explosives Configuration Control Manager) in the Product/Process Scale Up Manufacturing Technology Division (M4), Energetics Manufacturing (M), within the Energetics Development & Engineering Branch (M41) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.
