Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing program metrics, processes, costs, funding, performance, schedules, or contracts to develop project plans, recommendations, improvement initiatives, or strategies for the design, construction, modernization, or maintenance of surface ships. You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Small Combatant and Expeditionary Modernization and Sustainment (PMS 321), Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization and Sustainment Directorate (SEA 21) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
