Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: “As a professional Engineer applying advanced engineering concepts to develop test and evaluation strategies for the effectiveness of a defense program’s life cycle. You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Warfare System (IWS) of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE IWS. This hiring activity, within Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) Headquarters, has converted to the Acquisition Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) which is an alternate personnel system.
