Federal experience is not required. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: EDUCATION/SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-05: To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Providing office administrative and technical support doing office functions such as assisting with preparation of correspondence, reports, and various forms and documents using a variety of computer software programs and applications and office equipment; receive and manage customer calls addressing customer inquiries; input and retrieves data to monitor status; managing a calendar and coordinating services between customers and providers for support services; effectively completing daily or recurring assignments. OR EDUCATION: Four (4) years of education above high school. OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A combination of education and experience equivalent to combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-06: To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Providing office administrative and technical support doing office functions such as preparing correspondence, reports, and various forms and documents using a variety of computer software programs and applications and office equipment; receive and manage customer calls addressing customer inquiries; input and retrieves data to monitor status; with assistance research records, databases and other sources to resolve issues/problems and able to consult with subject matter experts; managing a calendar and coordinating services between customers and providers for support services; effectively completing daily or recurring assignments. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-07: To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Providing office administrative and technical support and serves as a resource person doing office functions such as preparing correspondence, reports, and various forms and documents using a variety of computer software programs and applications and office equipment; receive and manage customer calls addressing customer inquiries; input and retrieves data to monitor status; independently assembles data/information and prepares, reviews or reconciles reports and charts; research records, databases and other sources to resolve issues/problems and able to consult with subject matter experts; assists the manager and team lead with creating PowerPoint documents; managing a calendar and coordinating services between customers and providers for support services; effectively completing daily or recurring assignments and special projects.
