Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 broadband level (GS-11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative methods to support the acquisition of Information Technology (IT) systems. Examples of qualifying experience include (1) knowledge of DoD 5000 series directives to include Acquisition Category (ACAT) and/or and Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) policies and guidance as it relates to Information Technology (IT) acquisition; (2) experience across acquisition and sustainment programs that gave the candidate working knowledge of engineering, logistics, and financial functions relevant to these types of programs; (3) knowledge and experience in implementing outcome-based Product Support strategies. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13. You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Cyber Engineering and Digital Transformation Directorate (SEA 03) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
