Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Typing skills and basic bookkeeping/accounting skills desired. Must have knowledge and experience with bowling league organization, i.e., skill and knowledge to assist league secretaries in setting up leagues and in running bowling tournaments. Experience which demonstrated ability to operate a cash register, control panel, public address (PA) system and adding machine. Must be at least 21 years old in order to sell alcohol. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
About the position: This position will be assigned to the Polar Bowl bowling center on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This position is also Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility.
