Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing quality assurance surveillance and assessments by developing and implementing quality assurance nondestructive test projects or programs in support of the overhaul, conversion, or repair of ships or submarines. You will serve as a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist (Materials and Processes) in the Welding & NDT Division-Code 138, NDT Branch- Code 138.4 of PSNS and IMF.
