Qualifications required: Ability to originate new ideas, projects, and methodologies; and execute projects and/or studies within established timelines. Report to the Ronald Reagan Building at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004, approximately twice per week, or as mission needs require. Potential for international travel, but not a requirement.
