Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing criteria for new construction and/or modification of existing facilities or utility systems; reviewing contractor-submitted plans for technical adequacy and compliance with applicable standards; and recommending measures for energy/utility conservation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-11).
