Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing or analyzing a new shipbuilding acquisition project to ensure program requirements (e.g. design, budgeting, acquisition milestones, construction, ship trials, contract execution, etc.) are met. You will serve as a Principal Assistant Program Manager in the Program Office for Strategic and Theater Sealift (PMS 385) of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS. This position is part of the Acquisition Personnel Demonstration Project. NH-04 is equivalent to GS-14/15.
