Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Perform a wide variety of administrative assignments of an office environment; 2. Building products, such as graphs and spreadsheets, with software tools; 3. Utilizing an automated timekeeping system for an organization, such as ATAAPS; and 4. Provide automation and technical assistance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
About the Position: Performs a variety of miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, which provide continuity and efficiency of administrative office operations and procedures. Proceeds independently to plan and carry out assignments to include obtaining and presenting data and advice necessary for the proper functioning and management of the organization.
