You may qualify at the NH-03 broadband level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Experience with acquisition regulations, policies, regulations, and precedents in order to analyze and resolve programmatic issues, involving risk, cost, schedule and performance and to identify problems and develop innovative solutions. OR Acquisition requirements for complex weapons systems and equipment or closely related systems and equipment development, procurement, and life-cycle management in order to plan and execute complex, multi-faceted projects. OR Developing and assessing technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule and performance in applying qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness. OR Communication skills in order to research, plan, coordinate, develop, and deliver oral and written presentations and reports. OR Contracting processes and policies to ensure cost, schedule, and technical assessments of acquisition programs are capabilities driven and deliver expected pcrforn1ancc within cost and schedule. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
