In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist providing guidance or expertise in the testing, hazard classification, handling, transportation, or storage of energetic materials, explosives, ordnances, or ammunitions to ensure compliance with established safety policies or standards for an organization.
