GS-06 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining filing systems of various records; 2) Entering data into automated database systems; 3) Reviewing documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines; and 4) Utilizing office automation equipment and software in order to prepare a variety of forms and correspondence. GS-05 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of human resources procedures; 2) Ability to use personal computer to prepare documents; 3) Ability to use software programs to extract, revise, or sort data; and 4) Receiving calls, greeting visitors, responding to routine requests for information.
